Miss USA's crown will be going green this year. Yes, it will still sparkle with gems. But the new crown will be made from lab created precious gemstones.

    Wisconsin-based Diamond Nexus Labs says the gems are all synthesized using an environmentally friendly process. Company officials add there are no toxic by products or pollutants from the stones' creation. The new Miss USA will get her green crown next Sunday night in Las Vegas.
